Process Review

This can include:

  • Review of a singular part of or the whole process to explore efficiencies and make recommendations

  • Map out existing processes to create illustrations for ease of explaining to others to prevent a single point of failure and new starters

  • Produce documentation to use alongside the process map to ensure the process is fully understood

  • Work with you to explore whether there are new processes you wish to introduce to your organisation, including mapping them out and writing documentation to go alongside
