  • Review of a singular part of or the whole process, including recommendations,

  • Map out existing processes for ease of explaining the process to others, this includes new clients or staff members,

  • Produce documentation to use alongside the process map to ensure the process is fully understood,

  • Work with you to explore the potential for new processes you wish to introduce to your business, including automation of particular tasks.
