Review of a singular part of or the whole process to explore efficiencies and make recommendations
Map out existing processes to create illustrations for ease of explaining to others to prevent a single point of failure and new starters
Produce documentation to use alongside the process map to ensure the process is fully understood
Work with you to explore whether there are new processes you wish to introduce to your organisation, including mapping them out and writing documentation to go alongside
